Ravioli Cacio & Pepe
Ravioli Cacio & Pepe: Cacio e pepe is a pasta dish from the cuisine of the city of Rome. Cacio e pepe means “cheese and pepper” in several central Italian dialects. In keeping with its name, the dish contains grated Pecorino Romano cheese and black pepper. The Cacio e pepe is usually a sauce but, in our dish, the cacio e pepe sauce will be the filling of our ravioli.

Homemade Ravioli filled with Pecorino and black pepper. Served with sage brown butter and Parmesan chips.
