Mandarin Oriental, Doha has just announced the return of Flavours of M.O., a month-long celebration of culinary excellence. Throughout this month, the hotel will become a vibrant hub of gastronomy, featuring renowned chefs and offering guests a unique culinary journey.
Following last year’s success, this edition of Flavours of M.O. promises an immersive experience focused on creativity, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Guests can enjoy exclusive tastings, interactive masterclasses, and curated set menus showcasing exceptional global flavours.
A highlight of the festival is the collaboration between renowned Qatari Chef Noof Al Marri from Desert Rose Restaurant and Heenat Salma Farm. Together, they will offer a special dining experience celebrating organic Qatari cuisine. Adding to the excitement, executive pastry chef Pablo Gicquel from Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, will showcase his world-class pastry creations. Acclaimed Chefs Izu Ani and Chef Ishan will also join, making it a month of culinary brilliance.

Chef Kim leads the hotel’s nine dining outlets, each providing a welcoming culinary experience that showcases unique global flavours while also celebrating traditional local dishes and delicacies. His commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients plays a key role in crafting menus that blend international tastes with Qatari heritage.

Alongside the exquisite dining experiences, guests will have the opportunity to attend various masterclasses, including a Cocktail Masterclass hosted by Penrose Bar, ranked among the Top 8 Best Bars in Asia. Other exciting workshops include the Green Tea Matcha Masterclass by Hām-Bîn and the Latte Art Masterclass with Wings Coffee. Each session is crafted to enhance and deepen participants’ knowledge of flavours and techniques.
