Here’s what I loved at Sabai Thai…
Appetisers: Delight in Por Pia Goong Tod, a fried shrimp spring roll with sweet chili sauce, and Satay Gai, a grilled marinated chicken skewer with peanut sauce.
Salads: Savour the Nam Tok Nuea, a grilled beef salad with roasted rice, red onion, chili flakes, and fresh lime dressing, or the Yum Nuea Yang, a spicy salad featuring Black Onyx Angus beef with grapes and fresh lime dressing.
Soups: Choose between the Tom Yum, a spicy and sour soup with mushroom, lemongrass, galangal, chili, shallot, kaffir lime leaf, and chili paste, available with chicken or prawn.
Mains: Dive into a selection of mains, including Phad Med Mamuang (stir-fried cashew nut sauce), Nuea Phad Nam Mun Hoy (beef with mushroom, capsicum, onion, spring onion, and oyster sauce), and Gaeng Kiaw Wan (Thai green curry).
Desserts: Conclude your Thai culinary adventure with the sweet notes of Khanom Wan Prajam Wan (Thai dessert of the day) and Por Pia Gluay Tod (fried banana spring roll served with vanilla ice cream).
