Crispy sesame chicken is a delicious dish that combines the savoury flavours of fried chicken with the nutty, slightly sweet taste of sesame seeds. One of the best things about crispy sesame chicken is its versatility. It can be served on its own as a main course, or paired with vegetables and rice for a more complete meal. It’s also a great dish to make for a crowd, as it’s easy to scale up the recipe to feed a larger group.
Despite its indulgent flavour and crispy texture, crispy sesame chicken can also be made healthier by using boneless, skinless chicken breasts and baking them in the oven instead of frying. With a few simple tweaks, it’s possible to enjoy this delicious dish without the guilt.
