With over 20 years in luxury travel, Esra Parin will oversee daily operations at the five-star Park Hyatt Doha, located in the cultural heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha.
Parin’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at prestigious hotel brands across the Middle East and Europe, such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, and W hotels in Qatar, Turkey, UAE, Jordan, and Greece. She brings extensive experience in pre-opening projects, project management, operational excellence, strategic alliances, business development, revenue management, and brand positioning.
As a seasoned and visionary leader in luxury hospitality, Parin has driven significant achievements for award-winning hotels under various high-end brands, earning accolades from Conde Nast Traveler, BBC, and Timeout.

Parin’s appointment marks a milestone for Park Hyatt Doha as she becomes the property’s first female General Manager. This move also highlights Hyatt’s commitment to empowering female leaders through the Women@Hyatt program.
A global citizen from Turkey, Parin is bilingual and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Business Administration from Marmara University in Istanbul.
