Leading the team is Executive Chef Mohammed Bahzad, who focuses on meticulous detail and local sourcing. His commitment to supporting local farmers and using fresh, high-quality ingredients is exemplified at his latest venture, Cyra, The Botanical Shisha Terrace, a new favorite in Doha for Lebanese cuisine.

Chef Taimoo leads the kitchen at Provok, Doha’s premier rooftop venue, earning acclaim for his deeply flavorful and enticing dishes. His distinctive culinary method involves fermentation, enhancing his creations with umami richness and vital nutrients, showcasing his profound culinary knowledge and commitment to memorable dining experiences. A highlight on the menu is the Qatarifornia Roll, featuring king crab, tomato cheese, avocado, coffee aioli, and sesame.

Chef Angad Rai, the Chef de Cuisine at Masala Library, is celebrated for his progressive approach to Indian cuisine. Cesar Fernandez, Junior Sous-Chef at Vaya!, infuses his Mexican heritage and family cooking traditions into every dish.
