Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom and Broccoli

Ingredients:
250 gms Beef tenderloin
80 gms Shitake mushroom
100 gms Broccoli
50 gms Corn oil
15 gms Oyster sauce
5 gms Soya sauce
5 gms Chicken powder
5 gms Potato starch
2 gms Sesame oil
2 gms Black pepper powder
5 gms Ginger, garlic, spring onions

Method:
Slice tenderloin in small pieces.
Mushrooms, ginger, garlic, broccoli, green onion cut in small pieces.
Heat the wok and corn oil to 120 degrees and sauté the beef for 10 seconds.
Leave the beef to rest.
Heat the wok again and sauté the ginger, garlic, green onions and Shitake mushrooms until fragrant.
Add the beef tenderloin, broccoli and seasoning.
Add beef stock and potato starch with a little sesame oil.
Best served with rice.
