A striking dessert featuring mango curry mousse, cashew peanut praline, and mango passionfruit sorbet, a playful nod to the cherished tradition of gifting red envelopes
Additional standout cocktails have been curated to celebrate the Year of the Snake, which includes Xiǎo Lóng, The Snake featuring Hennessy VSOP, Campari, Sichuan pepper & strawberry, coconut, pomegranate, grapefruit, and Supasawa. A non-alcoholic version is also available.
