MG Motor has launched the all-new MG 7 sedan in Qatar, expanding its car lineup. With 1.5L and 2.0L Turbo engines, the MG 7 offers cutting-edge technology and sophisticated design. The event, hosted by Auto Class Cars at The Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, featured management, distinguished guests, and media. This launch marks MG’s 100th anniversary, following the debut of iconic models and the new MG showroom in Lusail.
The new MG7 and the full lineup of MG models are available at Auto Class Cars showrooms, the authorized MG distributor in Qatar, located on Salwa Road and in Lusail.

The All-New MG7
The MG7 delivers remarkable value with its blend of economy, style, performance, and innovative features, plus a generous 6-year/200,000 km warranty for added peace of mind. As MG’s first large sedan, it features a sleek aerodynamic design, highlighted by sporty red calipers and 19-inch wheels in the top models for a standout road presence. Inside, the cabin boasts Storm Eye motorsport seats for ergonomic support, with the premium trim featuring luxurious silk Napa leather, microfibre suede, and European textured piping. The driver benefits from 6-way electric seat adjustments for optimum comfort.
The MG 7 enhances driving comfort with advanced features tailored for an exhilarating experience. Trim levels offer a speed dial and super sport mode on the steering wheel for immersive precision driving. The vehicle includes a 10.25-inch dashboard screen and a 12.3-inch infotainment display. The highest model boasts a Bose sound system with 9 speakers and central point virtual sound technology for superior audio quality. Additionally, the MG 7 is equipped with comprehensive active safety technologies, including Front Collision Warning, Emergency Lane Keep System, and Adaptive Cruise Control, ensuring safety for all occupants.
The 1.5L Turbo MG 7, available in DEL and STD trims, boasts a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with 188 HP. The STD trim features a PVC foaming steering wheel and rear cameras, while the DEL trim upgrades to a leather steering wheel, a 360-degree camera, and a panoramic sunroof controllable via the smart key.
The more powerful 2.0L Turbo variant offers 261 HP and comes with a 9-speed automatic transmission. It’s available in COM and G.DEL trims. The G.DEL includes a panoramic sunroof with smart key operation, an electric tailgate, and an active retractable tail fin for a sporty look. The COM trim has a leather steering wheel and rear-view camera, whereas the G.DEL provides a premium Napa Leather wheel and a 360-degree camera for superior visibility.
