With a career spanning over 20 years in luxury travel, Esra Parin will oversee the daily operations at the five-star Park Hyatt Doha, a sophisticated retreat in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha.
Recently appointed as the general manager of this prestigious property, Parin brings a wealth of experience from her leadership roles across high-end hotel brands in the Middle East and Europe, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, and W Hotels.
Her career path has taken her to Qatar, Turkey, UAE, Jordan, and Greece, where she has been instrumental in several pre-opening projects, operational excellence, strategic alliances, business development, revenue management, and brand positioning.
Parin is an accomplished hotelier with a proven track record of success in international luxury hospitality. Her expertise has led to the successful launch and operation of award-winning hotels, earning multiple prestigious accolades such as Conde Nast Traveller, BBC, and Timeout awards. Her forward-thinking leadership and commitment to excellence have consistently delivered outstanding results, making her an ideal choice to lead Park Hyatt Doha into its next chapter.

Originally from Turkey, Parin is a bilingual Turkish national with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Business Administration from Marmara University in Istanbul.
