In its second edition, the Qatar Tourism Awards, developed in collaboration with the World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), has shortlisted over 275 nominees from a record-breaking 1,247 submissions across the tourism sector. The awards ceremony, scheduled for October 27, 2024, at the Raffles Hotel, will recognize 36 organizations and individuals who have made significant contributions to enhancing the visitor experience in Qatar.
A seven-member jury panel, representing a wide range of industries, undertook the rigorous task of evaluating nominees who excelled in seven key categories: Service Excellence, Gastronomic Experiences, Iconic Attractions and Activities, World-Class Events, Digital Footprint, Smart and Sustainable Tourism, and Community Leadership.
Winners will benefit from extensive local, regional, and international promotion, boosting their visibility. By fostering a culture of excellence, Qatar Tourism aims to celebrate accomplishments while inspiring continuous growth and innovation in the tourism industry.
