  1. What does being a mother mean to you?
Being a mother means being responsible and putting your child as main priority when it comes to taking decisions. And definitely the most rewarding job when putting your effort and time to educate, help and raise a child.
  2. How has motherhood changed you, both as a person and as a professional?
Definitely, responsibility is the main change I felt from the moment I discovered I was expecting. This feeling started growing with the child and it changed completely the person in me to someone more mature and more aware. So in terms of career and professional life, you start adjusting, with the wellbeing of your child as the fulcrum of your life; it truly transforms you into a more responsible and loving person.
  3. Who are the mothers that have inspired you the most in your life, and why?
You know what? I think every single mother I ever met in my journey, from the time I didn’t have a child and even today, mothers that I admired and those that in a way were and are example of moms that I don’t want to be like. I would say every simple mother has been an inspiration to me.
  4. What is the most important lesson you’ve learned from your mother, or from being a mother yourself?
From my mother definitely, I learned to not lose my essence and forget who I was and my interests, my mom always reminded me that when you become a mom remember to yet find time for yourself, if you lose you and your interests you can never be an example. And my advice would definitely be to spend time with your children, not to overthink and listen to your child’s needs and teach your child to embrace positivity.
  5. How do you balance your responsibilities as a mother with your career and personal goals?
I believe if we truly want to do something and it means so much to us we definitely find time for it; I’d say stop procrastinating, stop complaining, and start doing what you have to do and mean to do, now! Remember everything you do you is an example to your child and the values and boundaries that you create is what your child will remember about you. Tell tour child your goals and work towards them to make sure your child knows how important he or she is and equally, your goals are, and, those goals are, for the future of the family. As a mother, be the source of what you want to attract and expect.
