Since its establishment on June 6, 2007, Ruby Wu’s has been renowned for its authentic offerings, expertly crafted by Chef Austin Yang, a culinary master hailing from Dalian, China. The updated dim sum selection introduces Lamb Dumplings, while the soup menu has new variations, including Hot and Sour Shrimp Wonton and Clear Soup with Scallop, Prawn, Mussels, Bean Curd, and Seaweed. The vegetarian options have also been enhanced, featuring dishes like Sautéed Baby Pak Choi with Garlic Sauce and Baked Broccoli with Taro Sauce.

Additionally, the new menu showcases favorites such as Yang Zhou Fried Rice, alongside other noodle and rice selections like Crispy Egg Noodles with Prawn, Scallop, Squid, and Vegetables; Fried Egg Noodles with Shrimp and Squid with Bean Sprouts; and Fried Rice with Egg, Assorted Vegetables, and Porcini Mushroom topped with Spring Onions. And for dessert, guests can enjoy exciting choices like Mango Pomelo Sago, Pandan Pancake with Palm Sugar and Coconut Filling, and Pineapple Tart with Vanilla Sauce, providing a delightful conclusion to their meal.
