Saleh Bataineh has been announced as General Manager for Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz Carlton Hotel, Doha as of March 9, 2023. Saleh brings with him a wealth of multinational experience from his career working in luxury hospitality for 24 years in countries and regions such as Canada, China, Egypt, the Middle East, and the Levant region.
Prior to this role, Saleh served as the Deputy General Manager of Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Desert Falls, Doha, and was responsible for leading the entire operations of the resort, leading towards an overall improved guest service in all areas. Saleh has also served as Katara Hospitality’s Director of Asset Management, overseeing a diversified 13 Asset Portfolio across Qatar, Egypt, and Singapore. He also held Deputy
General Manager and Hotel Manager roles for luxury brand hotels – The St. Regis, Doha and The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence, respectively. With his strong luxury hospitality experience, strategic leadership, and management skill, Saleh will be leading the operations of the 174-key resort which includes 6 restaurants and lounges, a 6,500 square meter award-winning spa, a private soft-sand beach and two outdoor pools, over 1,130 square meters of conference space, and the Royal Villa, which is the epitome of luxury, offering an unparalleled level of comfort and elegance, housing an expansive list of amenities including an indoor pool, grand majilis, dining area, study, royal suite, spa treatment room, gym, terrace, jacuzzi, and sauna, making it the ultimate destination for those seeking an indulgent experience.
