The charred octopus was a delightful mix of textures and flavours, featuring marble potatoes, artichoke, celery, scallion, and guazzetto. This dish balanced tenderness with a subtle smokiness that enhanced its Mediterranean charm. The braised short rib was another standout, served with vegetable farro risotto. The slow-cooked beef was rich and succulent, melting effortlessly with each bite.

For a refreshing touch, the farmer’s market salad was a vibrant composition of seasonal vegetables, truffle pecorino, and sherry vinaigrette. The balance of crisp textures and bold flavours made it a perfect precursor to the pasta course.
