The brunch buffet features a selection of cold dishes, including oysters, sushi, lobster rolls, and more. For the main course, this year’s menu offers tailor-made options such as Fresh Grilled Scallops—charcoaled king scallops with ponzu sauce and salmon roe, and Wagyu Beef Black Pepper—stir-fried beef tenderloin with mixed vegetables in a rich black pepper sauce. Yakitori lovers can savor the Yakitori Grilled Chicken, made from premium chicken thigh and served with Aji Amarillo sauce and crispy cauliflower, adding a vibrant twist to the dining experience. Dessert lovers will be delighted with an expansive buffet-style selection of sweet treats.
